As the Managing Director, Ms. Abel is ultimately responsible for the effective functioning of the entire firm.  She has immediate oversight of the three division heads and eight department heads who comprise the management team of Trintoplan Consultants Limited.

As a consulting firm that produces engineering services, Trintoplan’s product is, by its very nature, the result of intellectual efforts.  Therefore, the company’s greatest asset is its employees, who have the greatest input into its products.  In recognition of this input, and of the importance of its employees, Ms. Abel has maintained an “open door” policy, which allows all employees to have access to the top management, so that all employee issues are properly and quickly addressed.
